Anything with Angelina Jolie has to be hot. I said to myself as I picked up the latest DVD and scuttled on home to watch it. The movie starts out with a bit of confusion in the very first. The director and story writers are trying to take enough information out that the whole movie isn't given away inthe first few minutes, but to me it seems more like it left the viewer a little lost and more in the What the Fuck? mode. The plot itself is pretty quick to figure out, and they try to throw curve balls at you in such a way that make you just want to ask the writers if they really think you are that stupid. I guess they do because this nonsense is relentless throughout the whole film. When they ran out of good plot they through in a couple of Angelina Jolie's titties and almost get to see the pubic area as she gets humped all over her hotel room.

During this sex scene they try to make some sort of artistic statement about the main character (Jolie) by having her perform intercourse in a bed that is surrounded by photos of mutilated bodies. While she is a hottie this was just definitely in poor fucking taste. I try to picture myself as the guy ravishing her tight little bod and then for a moment I picture myself looking around and seeing all that nastiness. In the real world a mother fucker would be saying something most assuredly.... unless, of course, he was a psychotic killing mother fucker that just happened to be stringing her along.... Hmmm.....

The one thing that pisses me off about the whole movie is as follows. In 3 different scenes there are shots of little men made from matchbooks or bread ties I really couldn't tell. In one important scene that divulges alot of information to the viewer our main character is down in a hidden basement of a house with a little bedroom set up as if a person was kept hidden down there in the cold damp dark. It is decorated with childrens things and we see the little handmade people yet again posing in a violent and dramatic diorama. Our heroine then reverts back to one of her modus operandi that we are shown in the first of the film. She lies upon the bed of this child who is no where to be found and tries to to profile who and what he is. What made him tick, and what made him become the mutilator that he is.

Boom!

A hand rips through the thin mattress and someone attacks her. The person apparantly had been under the bed the whole time. Being that she is an FBI agent seems to me that she would checked that shit out before resting a bit. They end up in a struggle she gets her head bonked and we never find out who it is. Later on in the movie one of the police officers that she has to work with who is her antagonizer throughout the whole movie shows up at her hotel wearing the exact same out fit holding one of those little people figures. This is never answered for in the movie.
