Got Jesus?

Me and the little one (BAD3) were headed over to my parent's house for a bit of dinner and to drop my him off; because on the days I do work I have to get up at 3 a.m. We had gone to the circus today and I had bought him a program and he was showing me all the pictures of the things we had seen, and of course no matter how many times you tell a child that you are driving, and that it is a bit unsafe to be looking at their little goodies they never seem to remember.

I pull up to a stop light and there is this bright yellow dodge neon with an over weight teen sitting shotgun. I hear him shout, "Hey! Do you know Jesus?". Now in my mind I am thinking about ignoring him so I turn back to enjoy my child when wouldn't you know it he has to say it again. So I roll down my window and he says the same words a third time. I finally ask "What?" The only thing that came to mind was the name Jesus in Spanish pronounced 'Hey-Zeus'. I figure that by this point if that bastard doesn't get a response they are going to keep pestering me until I get aggravated, so with a cocky little grin I tell him 'Jesus? I don't know Jesus'.

It seemed to dumbfound the poor chunky monkey and he turned to his friends and laughed and rolled up his window. All I could wonder is what the fuck this guy was asking.. Seriously! Where the hell did do I know Jesus come from? I think back to my vanity plate.. Hmm... Maybe it is because it reads Seeker, or maybe they just wanted to piss on an older fellow. Regardless, I began to imagine him shouting this out and instead of me replying in the fashion I did my hand would reach into my glove compartment, pull out my Glock 9mm, and walk over to his window shoving the cold steel against his mouth asking him to repeat what he said a little more clearly because I did not quite catch it the first time. Yes, I feel much better thinking about that but I would end up in jail, and the gun is locked up in the safe, it is not going to happen today.

Now where was I? Oh Yes... 'Yeah little buddy we saw those tigers they were really cool when they did those tricks.....'
